RPM SPG is seeking a WTI Field Resource Foreman to oversee safety, efficiency, and quality of field service work. The Foreman will lead the crew, manage safety programs, coordinate with the supervisor and Sales Reps, and ensure timely delivery of projects with minimal risk.
Responsibilities include daily safety briefs, site inspections, crew scheduling, and end-of-project walk-throughs, with travel and occasional overnight stays required.
