Jobot seeks an Area Superintendent to oversee field operations on ground-up luxury high-rise/mid-rise multifamily projects in the Central Florida region. You will partner with the Lead Superintendent to complete projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on multifamily/construction sites, with strong scheduling, communication, and OSHA knowledge. Competitive salary and benefits provided.
