We are partnering with a civil construction company that is looking to add a Technical Training Manger to their team!

Technical Training Manager

Direct Hire

Pay: $75,000-$100,000

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement comprehensive technical training programs tailored to the needs of our civil

construction projects.

* Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed within the

organization.

* Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations that align with industry standards and company

objectives.

* Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve learning

outcomes.

* Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements.

* Leverage technology and e-learning platforms to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training programs.

* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and HR to align training initiatives with company goals and project

demands.

* Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and employee progress.

* Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Education, or a related field equivalent work

experience is preferred.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical training within the construction industry, with a strong

understanding of civil construction processes and at least 2 years in a training or instructional role.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.

* Relevant certifications in training and development, such as CPTD (Certified Professional in Training and

Development), are preferred
