Senior Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager job in Florida
This is a permanent, full-time job with great salary, benefits and career-growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Take-over pre-existing projects that our estimating and preconstruction teams have been awarded
- Ensure project is completed safely, on-time, and under budget
- Communicate with General Contractor, Owner, Subcontractors and Vendors
- Submit change-orders and RFI's
- Track construction schedules and budget
- 4+ years working as a Project Manager for a large, commercial HVAC Construction company
- Local
- Prior apprentice/journeyman field knowledge
- Strong technical background working with MS Project, Quickpen/Accubid, MS Excel, and Blue Beam
