The Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role in Tampa, FL and the hub of the service department. It answers incoming service calls, collects job detail, schedules and dispatches technicians, and adjusts assignments around weather and emergencies. The role creates, tracks, and closes work orders, keeps customer records and file management accurate, prepares service invoices from completed work orders, and follows up on service receivables that have gone unpaid.

It tracks service inventory and material allocation, manages proposals, warranties, photographs, and closeout paperwork, and keeps customers updated on arrival times, findings, and repair status. Constructo Max provides 24/7 emergency response with its own technicians, and this role is the point of entry for that work. Part of the job is judgment: deciding what is a genuine emergency and what can wait until morning, and being right often enough that customers trust the answer.

Commercial construction experience is required and candidates without it will not be considered.

• Two or more years in an administrative, dispatch, or scheduling role within commercial construction, roofing, or a related trade.
• Hands-on invoicing experience. This role builds service invoices rather than filing them.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL.
