We are seeking experienced Custom Home Builders to support ground-up construction and development projects across our portfolio.

This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, project-based scheduling. Projects are assigned based on scope, timelines, and development needs, allowing you to take on work that aligns with your availability and capacity.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage full-cycle custom home construction from site preparation through final delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials, and project timelines
• Ensure all work meets building codes, permitting requirements, and quality standards
• Oversee budgets, scheduling, and execution of construction plans
• Maintain job site safety, organization, and efficiency
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and any issues throughout the build process

Valid General Contractor or Residential Builder license (State of Florida)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Proven experience building custom homes from ground-up construction to completion

Strong knowledge of residential construction, permitting, and local building codes

Ability to manage full project lifecycle (planning, budgeting, execution)

Established network of subcontractors and vendors (preferred)

Must have access to tools, equipment, and job site resources

Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills

Reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple projects
