We’re looking for a Creative Designer who wants their work seen. From digital campaigns to billboards, from social to site signage, your creative will show up across Tampa Bay and directly support our growth.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director and team to concept, design, and execute brand‑driven campaigns that grab attention, strengthen loyalty, and drive measurable results.

• Create bold, high‑impact creative across digital and physical platforms including social ads, email, web, signage, flyers, print, billboards, and partnership materials
• Turn brand strategy into visual campaigns that connect with our community and support membership growth
• Concept and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels with strong visual consistency
• Bring Bubba to life in fresh, engaging ways that evolve our brand while maintaining consistency
• Manage multiple projects at once, balancing speed, quality, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross‑functional teams to refine ideas and elevate execution
• Execute revisions with precision and strong attention to detail
• Support vendor coordination and occasional signage logistics to ensure campaign rollout matches the creative vision
• Contribute to light video editing or motion graphics projects when needed

• You’ll help shape and grow a brand with real personality and strong community presence

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in a fast‑paced marketing or brand environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects or Premiere is a plus)
• A portfolio that demonstrates versatility across digital and print campaigns
• Ability to concept, design, and execute ideas from start to finish
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Passion for brand‑building and storytelling through design
• Bonus:
  Experience in consumer‑facing, retail, entertainment, or multi‑location brands

• Successful completion of a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally for site visits or installations
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
