Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer , you will be responsible for the visual output across our marketing services practice – producing design work that supports partner marketing programs, demand generation campaigns, content initiatives, and brand development for IT channel organizations. You will work internally alongside strategists, content creators, marketing automation specialists, and our AI implementation team to deliver high‑quality creative across digital and print.

This is a production‑meets‑systems role. You will build and maintain scalable design systems, develop brand identities, and execute campaign creative – all while leveraging AI design tools as a core part of your daily workflow. We expect fluency with generative AI for ideation, asset production, and creative exploration, paired with the craft and precision that separates polished work from AI‑generated output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design System Development:
    Build, document, and maintain scalable design systems and brand guidelines for PRESH.ai and our clients – ensuring visual consistency across web, social, email, sales enablement, advertising, and print.
  • Brand Identity:
    Develop and refine complete visual identities including logo systems, color architecture, typography hierarchies, iconography, and brand asset libraries.
  • Campaign & Marketing Creative:
    Design digital ads, social media graphics, landing pages, email templates, presentation decks, event collateral, and print materials in support of partner marketing programs, demand generation, and campaign management initiatives.
  • AI‑Augmented Workflow:
    Integrate AI tools (Gemini Nano‑Banana Pro/AI Studio, Midjourney, Canva AI, GPT‑Image‑1/1.5 for copy‑design collaboration) into your creative process to accelerate production, explore concepts faster, and push creative boundaries.
  • Platform Design:
    Create and optimise templates, branded assets, and marketing materials within Figma, Canva Enterprise, and other platforms used across our marketing services engagements.
  • Video & Motion:
    Contribute to video production – from concept and storyboarding through editing and motion graphics for social, web, and campaign use.

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with strategists, content teams, marketing automation specialists, and AI implementation teams to ensure design is aligned with campaign objectives and broader go‑to‑market strategies.
Qualifications Required
  • 3–5 years of professional design experience in an agency, in‑house, or studio environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity development, design system creation, and multi‑channel campaign execution.
  • Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.
  • Demonstrated experience building and documenting design systems (component libraries, style guides, token‑based systems).
  • Fluency with AI design and generative tools – you’re already using them and can articulate how they fit into a professional workflow.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive web design, and digital accessibility basics.
  • Deep knowledge of branding fundamentals: color theory, typography, layout, visual hierarchy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and craft.
Preferred
  • Video editing and motion graphics capabilities (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Cap Cut).
  • Familiarity with B2B technology, IT channel, or SaaS marketing.
  • Experience with Canva Enterprise brand kit management and template building.
  • Understanding of design‑to‑development handoff workflows.
