Associate Photographers are the talented and versatile team responsible for media collection for  and  Equipped with Matterport Pro‑3 cameras, digital camera equipment, and iPad, they create virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential homes. Each photographer is assigned a core territory in which they service clients, scanning homes and apartments, capturing virtual tours and floor plans, as well as residential photography for marketing purposes to advertise homes and apartments to future owners and renters.

• Support marketing efforts on  and  by capturing beautiful 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.
• Create a portfolio of photographs that best feature homes and apartments, utilizing photography techniques to capture the spaces in the most pleasing way possible.
• Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to strategically evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
• While not on a residential home, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage, identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
• Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

• Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
• Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying are necessary to perform job functions.
• Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.
• Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.

• At least two years of professional experience.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Real‑estate photography experience required.
• Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer‑service experience with a client‑first mindset.
• Drone photography experience with an FAA Part 107 license/certification earned within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time‑management skills and high attention to detail.
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet applications, including Apple iOS products.
• Enjoy working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successfully complete a driving record/abstract check before start; driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.

Base compensation: $49,000–$50,000 hourly. Final salary or hourly rate will be determined based on geographic location, skills, and competencies.
