Digital Designer; UX & Creative

A leading financial services company is hiring a Digital Designer (UX & Creative) to join their team. This role offers opportunities to develop digital design skills across web, email, and marketing materials. Responsibilities involve creating and updating designs in Figma, applying UX best practices, and supporting team collaboration.

This is a hybrid role in Tampa, Florida. There is no relocation.

• Develop engaging digital assets for web, email, and marketing campaigns from initial concept through final approval.
• Convert legacy Adobe XD files into organized, standards-compliant Figma files to ensure consistency and reuse.
• Incorporate UX principles to optimize user flows and create accessible, intuitive designs aligned with brand identity.
• Suggest usability improvements and identify areas where design can enhance the user experience.
• Leverage AI and innovative tools such as Figma Make and Copilot to accelerate production, prototyping, and workflow efficiency.

• Demonstrated experience in digital, UX/UI, web, or marketing design with strong technical skills in Figma.
• Proven ability to convert or rebuild Adobe XD files into structured, reusable design assets.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and translating requirements into practical designs.
• Enthusiasm for emerging tools and AI-driven design solutions.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Design, UX, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
