Customer Care​/Receptionist

Job Description

Well established and growing electronic recycling company looking to hire an experienced or quick learning applicant for a Customer Care/Receptionist position. Daily job duties will be answering multiline phone system, general customer service, and assisting with the daily workflow duties of the Office Manager. We are looking for applicants with a positive attitude who enjoy assisting customers and can handle a heavy call flow.

• Comfortable answering phones, speaking to customers and answering questions.
• Excellent computer skills. Must be experienced in all Microsoft Office Applications.
• Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask and juggle numerous requests simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Consistent and accurate typing skills. Minimum of 50 WPM.

• A basic understanding of computers, telecom, and networking equipment.
• Comfortable using Google Maps.

Job

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
