At Cocoa Hyundai, our Business Development specialist requires a keen sense of urgency to customer requests or inquiries funneling through to our dealership. Candidates must be able to multi‑task several requests with immediate response.

The BDC Specialist position has a base hourly pay + commission pay scale.

• Handling service inquiries via phone/internet, making approx. 80‑100 calls/day, setting appointments for the service team.
• Working closely with service associates, following through on all internet leads and phone calls daily.
• Commission consists of appointments shown, with bonuses paid for volume, averages, and consistency.
• Working in a team environment, providing the best customer experience.
• Accountability: tracking metrics daily to ensure maximizing opportunities and providing the best experience for clients.

• Excellent PC skills with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to effectively complete tasks in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization with great attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated.
• Pleasant phone voice with great people skills.
• Energetic phone personality, able to handle concerned customers.
• Must be able to work full‑time hours.
