Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly support through various communication channels. Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inbound calls and addressing inquiries promptly.

- Handle order entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Resolve customer concerns and complaints, ensuring a positive experience.

- Manage both inbound and outbound communication with customers effectively.

- Collaborate with other team members to maintain high service standards.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Assist customers with product or service-related issues, offering solutions tailored to their needs.

- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.

- Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes by offering feedback and suggestions. Requirements - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in handling order entry tasks.

- Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

- Familiarity with customer service tools and software.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
