We are looking for positive, confident, detail and results-oriented team members that love to connect with people.
Lead Studio Assistant Responsibilities- Promptly turn over the sauna room when the guests exit, ensuring that it is clean and prepped for the next appointment
- Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process
- Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibility
- Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically
- Support Sales Associates through miscellaneous tasks including sales and back-of-house duties
- Lead in the organization of our facilities: Manage deep cleaning schedule and execution (Daily, Weekly, Quarterly);
Manage supplies inventory and order request;
Manage studio maintenance request documentation.
- Support Outreach from Lead to Intro Bookings: Support Membership Sales Associate role in initial outreach;
Bonus opportunities based on volume of bookings a month. - Membership Support: Greet and support guest questions or requests before and after sessions;
Lead studio tours for new guests;
Prior experience in customer service is a plus!
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 9pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8am - 8pm

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 11am - 7pm
Monday or Wednesday: 9:00am - 2pm
