Job Purpose:

The Account Liaison, Guest Services is responsible for providing impeccable service to our clients, vendors, and employees by professionally managing all service requests. Additional responsibilities include building client loyalty and supporting the operation as needed in the course of business.

Responsibilities:
Daily Duties
  • Act as the primary point of contact and on‑call support for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly using company‑provided equipment (cell phone, tablet, etc.).
  • Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and presentations with clients and log all activities into Salesforce.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, client feedback, and project progress.
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining detailed records of client interactions.
  • Utilize internal and external resources, including third‑party services, to secure and recover orders related to client requests.
  • Use Power BI reporting to identify sales volume trends for assigned accounts and communicate findings to clients and internal teams to increase market share.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that meet client needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Engage Department Leadership and Sales Team for shift briefings, process updates, operational challenges, and personnel concerns.
  • Review process event list to close out any client‑facing requests.
  • Quality‑check orders processed for assigned clients and confirm with suppliers.
  • Prepare or review pass‑downs for communication to subsequent shift personnel.
  • Engage Director of Guest Services or Senior Director of Guest Services as needed.
As Needed Duties
  • Handle escalated issues directly with the customer, kitchen, or vendor in conjunction with Team Manager.
  • Review current SOPs to align all transactional processes within the organization.
  • Participate in new hire training and recurrent training with Guest Experience Manager.
  • Manage client accounts for the assigned team.
  • Oversee onboarding of clients with Sales and Finance, building client profiles and billing information within the current system.
  • Maintain a watch list for the assigned team, adding or removing clients as needed.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings with Network (bi‑weekly), On‑Sites, and Customers as requested.
  • Attend monthly meetings to discuss department direction and concerns.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by Director of Guest Services.
Miscellaneous
  • Work with Director of Client Services to provide a positive professional work environment for all associates.
  • Follow the Air Culinaire Employee Handbook when handling all employee‑relation issues.
  • Travel and participate in conferences, conventions, and client meetings as requested.
  • Schedule flexibility is required, including some evening, weekend, or holiday hours as necessary.

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:
  • Four‑year degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience managing client relationships in a business environment.
  • Competence with customer‑relationship‑management (CRM) software and other relevant tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Professional fluency in multiple languages a plus.
  • Proficient in general computer navigation and terminology.
  • Must be able to multi‑task during regular business operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • High proficiency in professional verbal and written communication.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of culinary services and/or aviation required.
  • Schedule flexibility, including on‑call interactions, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
