Responsibilities
At Fleming’s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests. As a Host, you will greet incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner. You will be expected to be organized, friendly, and enjoy making small talk with Guests. You should always be an example of warmth and hospitality, including setting Guests at ease during a wait, answering phones, and directing calls in a prompt and professional manner.
Qualifications- Minimum one year of previous experience providing customer service
- Experience with answering customer calls and phone etiquette
