• Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients, gathering details of their questions or concerns and determining how we can assist with their legal needs.
• Provide clear and accurate status updates via phone, email, or text message, reducing the need for direct attorney intervention for routine inquiries.
• Maintain and update veteran profile information within the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage a high volume of phone calls efficiently.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to veteran records and documents in the system.

• Detail-oriented and process-driven with a strong passion for helping veterans.
• Ability to empathize and handle calls from clients, working to resolve issues or escalating them to the appropriate department.
• Experience working with databases and CRM software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
