One of our clients is launching their SaaS product into new states/territory's, hence they need 3 CSR's to help with product launch in July. Software is used by car dealerships.
Compensation & DetailsCompensation: $20-$25/hourly
On-Site: 5 days/week, Tampa, FL (33609)
Duration: 3-6 month contract
Interview Process: 1 Video with Operations Manager
Requirements- Strong customer service skills and personality - this is the primary filter
- Some tech comfort or background is a plus (doesn't need to be deep)
- Reliable, professional, able to work fully on-site in Tampa
- SaaS experience (big bonus)
- Fielding inbound requests from dealership staff on software usage and functionality
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating when needed
- Providing clear, friendly, patient guidance to users who may not be tech-savvy
