The Key Attendant is responsible for managing and safeguarding vehicle keys within a parking or valet operation. This role ensures efficient key organization, supports valet staff, and helps maintain smooth vehicle flow while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Good communication and teamwork abilities

* Basic attention to detail and reliability

Work Environment & Requirements

* Standing/walking for extended periods

* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

* May require flexible scheduling, including weekends

Key Responsibilities

* Organize, track, and securely store vehicle keys for all parked vehicles.

* Issue and receive keys from valet attendants and drivers as needed.

* Maintain accurate key logs and ensure proper documentation of vehicle movements.

* Assist with coordinating vehicle retrieval during peak hours.

* Monitor key inventory and report any discrepancies or missing keys immediately.

* Support valet team operations to ensure timely customer service.

* Follow all company procedures related to security, safety, and customer interactions.
