- Starting Salary: $28.29 - $34.24/hour ($57,000 - $69,000 annually)
- Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends

How You’ll Make a Difference- Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, and collect statements from involved parties.
- Assist in the process of getting customers back on the road.
- Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
Experience &
Qualifications:
Customer‑facing claims experience preferred. Experience in high‑volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred. Active adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided). High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and empathy skills.
- Adaptable, detail‑oriented, able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
