JOB OVERVIEW
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for managing customer queries and complaints and assisting passengers on airfares, ensuring communication delivery is of high standards of airport service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform a variety of duties involving guest contact and delivering high standards of service in an airport airline environment
- Communicate well in a one-on-one environment while maximizing guest satisfaction
- Read and interpret all online and manual reference material
- Assist guests with quoting airfares and schedules, booking reservations, issuing tickets, tagging baggage and checking in flights
- Resolve complicated travel itineraries
- Acknowledge and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle passport and visa processing and inspection
- Be well organized, articulate, dependable, punctual, and reliable
- Coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Communicate via radio, fax, phones in a professional manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must have customer service experience
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong self‑organization and self‑management skills, with an emphasis on self‑initiation and follow‑through
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods of time
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company grooming/uniform policy
- Work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis
- Provide flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, and as needed during irregular operations
