Customer Experience Representative

This position supports clients within the travel and hospitality industry and plays an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Provide professional support via phone, email, and online communication platforms
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely manner
• Assist clients with account-related questions and travel-related support needs
• Maintain accurate records and customer documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
