Job OverviewThe Receptionist will manage incoming calls, greet customers, maintain call logs, coordinate with departments, and support dealership administrative functions.
Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take accurate messages and forward them to the appropriate department or person.
- Greet customers as they enter the showroom and direct them to the proper service.
- Maintain CSI scores at or above company standards.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe.
- Participate in required training sessions.
- Record all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system.
- Follow Safeguards rules, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate the company’s Core Values in daily interactions.
- Adapt to other duties assigned by a supervisor as needed.
- Education – GED or high school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Experience – Up to 3 years of customer service or administrative experience in a high‑volume environment; 3–5 years or more is desirable.
- Certificates & Licenses – Valid driver’s license; automobile salesperson license preferred.
- Computer Skills – Basic proficiency with the timekeeping system and Microsoft Office.
- Communication Skills – Ability to understand and follow instructions; effective verbal and written communication with customers and staff.
- Attendance requires regular and predictable presence, with possible evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Base hourly compensation between $21.00.
