• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Efficiently dispatch service technicians while optimizing routes and response times.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Accurately record service details, technician hours, and job‑related information in our dispatch system.

• Experience in dispatch operations, ideally in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.
• Proficiency with dispatch software (such as Service Titan) or similar platforms.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• A calm, professional demeanor under pressure with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
