The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
• Manage and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about company services and policies to clients and visitors.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
