Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served;
Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment and ensure crew is well trained for good customer service;
Follow policies and procedures and monitor hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature on the line, and shelf lives;
Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders;
Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and ordering office supplies
