Metroplex Mortgage Services is hiring a full-time Mortgage Customer Service Representative to work from our Tampa office. Please ensure this commute is acceptable.
Most of the day will be spent on the phone speaking with borrowers, answering questions, following up on documents, and guiding people through the loan process.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable talking on the phone and making calls.
Compensation: $38,000 - $45,000 at plan.
