The position requires availability to work weekends and holidays, standing, moving, and lifting throughout the shift, and friendly communication with passengers.

• Passenger Ambassador position starting at $16.00 per hour
• Part‑time position
• Must be able and available to work weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) and holidays
• Must be able to stand, walk, move, and lift constantly throughout the shift
• Previous 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred – paid training provided

As a Passenger Ambassador, you will provide front‑line customer service to passengers at designated locations as directed by airport staff. Ambassadors ensure passengers are prepared to process through TSA checkpoints and assist in the efficient movement of passenger processing. They provide customer service in baggage claim for all arriving flights and give any ground transportation assistance. Ambassadors are required to assist in the collection of baggage carts between flights, collect debris, and perform minor cleaning of assigned locations, including observing and reporting areas requiring housekeeping attention.

• Ensure passengers are prepared to process through TSA checkpoints and assist in the efficient movement of passenger processing.
• Provide customer service in baggage claim for all arriving flights and give any ground transportation assistance.
• Assist in the collection of baggage carts between flights, collect debris, and perform minor cleaning of assigned locations, including observing and reporting areas requiring housekeeping attention.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to clear a background and drug screen
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• Airline experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Ability to complete all required training including airport compliance
• Able to obtain an airport badge

• For all male employees, a fully grown, well‑maintained mustache, beard, or goatee is permitted
• No visible tattoos or body piercings are allowed. Any tattoos must be covered by uniform or other means agreed upon by management.
• Clean and well‑maintained approved uniforms must be worn on shift
• Additional requirements as specified by management

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers and to communicate with customers and fellow employees. The employee is frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stand; walk. The employee is also frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. In addition, the employee is required to twist, turn, stretch, and bend on a frequent basis.

The employee must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly. The employee must be able to move in a relatively quick manner. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
