Joe Cool Home Services is looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our growing team! Based out of Pinellas Park and proudly serving the greater Tampa Bay area, we're looking for someone who can keep our technicians moving, our customers informed, and our team operating at a high level. This role is primarily responsible for dispatching our plumbing technicians while also coordinating HVAC service calls throughout the day.

We're looking for more than someone who can schedule calls—we want someone with a pep in their step who can serve as a cheerleader for the team, help hold technicians accountable to process, and create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Experience working in a Nexstar company or familiarity with Nexstar principles is highly preferred.

You will coordinate technician schedules, optimize daily routes, and ensure every customer receives prompt, professional service while maximizing technician productivity and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As the primary Plumbing Dispatcher, you ll also assist with HVAC scheduling throughout the day while keeping the team focused, organized, and on process.

• Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians while coordinating HVAC service calls as needed.
• Monitor technician progress throughout the day and make real-time schedule adjustments.
• Manage schedule gaps, delays, emergency calls, and changing priorities.
• Communicate appointment updates, delays, and arrival times with customers.
• Partner with the Customer Service Representative team to maximize booked calls and technician productivity.
• Maintain accurate schedules, customer information, and job notes within Service Titan.
• Help improve dispatch efficiency, technician utilization, and same-day service completion.
• Work closely with technicians, managers, and office staff to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Help reinforce company processes while encouraging and motivating the team throughout the day.
• Provide a positive, professional presence that contributes to a winning team culture.

• Two or more years of dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or home services industry strongly preferred.
• Experience working for a Nexstar company or familiarity with Nexstar systems and processes highly preferred.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm, positive, and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, energetic personality with the confidence to hold the team accountable while maintaining strong working relationships.
