Express Crew Members at My Eco Wash

My Eco Wash Car Wash on Pines Blvd is hiring Express Crew Members. This is a hands-on, outdoor role — you'll prep cars, keep the site clean, and make sure every customer leaves happy. No experience needed. We'll train you.

Position: Express Crew Member

Pay: $14-15/hr

Schedule: Flexible hours — weekdays and weekends. We'll work around your availability.

Reports to: On-site manager

• Guide and prep vehicles entering the wash tunnel
• Ensure every car is handled with care
• Keep the site clean — sweeping, mopping, wiping down equipment, vacuums, and windows
• Greet customers and answer basic questions
• Follow all safety procedures
• Opportunity to learn full-service detailing for additional earnings

• Must be 18 or older
• Reliable — you show up on time, every time
• Comfortable working on your feet outdoors in South Florida weather
• Good attitude and coachable — we'll teach you everything else
• Available weekdays and weekends
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Willing to undergo a background check

• No experience required — we train from day one
• Room to grow: crew members can move up to Shift Lead, Detailer, or Sales Agent
• On-site manager for support and guidance
• Simple outdoor work — no desk, no office politics
