Postcard Mania seeks a Client Services Coordinator to support clients in our Clearwater, FL office. You will be the primary contact after purchase, handling inquiries via phone, e‑mail, and live chat, and coordinating with design, mailing list, printing, and mailing teams to meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
