• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Take and process orders over the phone and in person.
• Handle customer concerns and feedback.
• Prepare and assemble high‑quality pizzas following company standards.
• Control portion sizes and maintain food quality.
• Adhere to hygiene and food safety guidelines.
• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
• Prepare products and maintain inventory records.
• Clean equipment and facility regularly.
• Communicate written instructions accurately.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders and complete paperwork.
• Perform basic arithmetic and handle monetary transactions accurately.
• Coordinate motor skills between eyes and hands to perform tasks quickly and accurately.

• Temperature ranges from 36 °F to above 90 °F; exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces.
• Tasks include standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), carrying, pushing, climbing stairs or ladders.
• Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and use of forearms and wrists.
