Certified Apartment Staffing is actively hiring experienced Leasing Consultants for multiple apartment communities throughout Tampa and St. Petersburg, FL. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for customer service, and are experienced in the multifamily industry, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents while providing exceptional customer service.
• Conduct apartment tours and effectively present community amenities.
• Process rental applications and lease agreements.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong resident relationships.
• Assist with resident retention and lease renewals.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage office traffic.
• Maintain accurate resident files and documentation.
• Utilize Yardi property management software daily.
• Support the Property Manager with daily office operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience required
• Experience using Yardi is REQUIRED
• Must be available to work weekends
• Strong customer service, sales, and closing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with resident retention and renewals.
