Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is seeking a Players Club Representative III to act as a Guest Service Ambassador, enrolling guests into the award-winning Player’s Club and providing personalized service for VIP Guests during concerts and events.
This role supports the execution of marketing events, performs front of house and back of house duties, and aims to uphold the tradition of exceptional guest service while complying with Gaming Commission regulations and Seminole Tribe policies.
