Kenific Group Call Center Operations (KGCCO) in Tampa seeks an Operations Supervisor for a high-volume center during the Open Enrollment period. You will supervise CSRs, coach performance, manage schedules, and ensure quality and compliance across shifts.
Seasonal, onsite role with training and potential shift assignments. Strong leadership, English communication, and CSR experience are essential; bilingual Spanish is highly desired.
