Solis-Health-Plans is seeking an OTC Call Center Lead in Doral, FL to oversee a high-volume OTC benefits call center. You will guide agents, resolve escalations, schedule coverage, and monitor KPIs to sustain service levels.
The role requires 2–3 years in call centers, with leadership experience, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred; healthcare OTC knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position in Florida.
