Emovis in Tampa, FL is seeking a Bi-Lingual Walk-In Center Team Lead to support daily operations from 10am–6:30pm with rotating Saturdays and a Monday–Friday schedule where possible.
You will assist the supervisor with escalations, maintain records of customer interactions, balance at day end, and ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
Qualifications include 6 months tolling knowledge, strong written and verbal communication, data-entry speed, and experience with Vector.
