Tampa Bay Collective is growing our Tampa team and looking for personable, confident individuals to join us as Customer Relations Representatives.

This is a face-to-face position working directly with members of the public at retail and event locations throughout the Tampa area. You'll represent client campaigns, build positive interactions, and make sure each person you speak with receives a professional and engaging experience.

• Engage with customers and members of the public face-to-face
• Build positive relationships through genuine conversation
• Introduce client campaigns and provide relevant information
• Answer questions clearly and professionally
• Represent our clients and their campaigns to a high standard
• Work alongside your team to achieve daily goals

• Weekly base pay + additional performance-based earnings
