Multi-location Dental Group seeking a Rock Star Dental Treatment Coordinator for a Part-Time Float role in the Tampa area!

This is a part‑time float position covering Fridays and Saturdays across our Tampa‑area locations. You'll rotate between offices, so flexibility and adaptability are key. Core Competencies:
- Comfortable presenting the value of dental treatment to patients
- World‑class customer service, no matter which office you're in
- Strong grasp of dental insurance so patients always feel supported
Essential Functions:
- Confidently present treatment plans and discuss financial options
- Explain the value of dental treatment and convert same‑day appointments
- Willing to have candid conversations with patients and follow up on unscheduled treatment
- Answer insurance‑related questions with confidence
- Impeccable organization across multiple office environments
- Flexibility is non‑negotiable; you will be moving between locations
- Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and patient experience no matter where you land
