Job Summary:

Responsible for the management of dental sites to meet financial, quality, patient satisfaction goals, employee engagement, and retention.

In partnership with the Vice President/Chief Dental Officer (VP/CDO), the Associate Dental Director (ADD), and the Director of Dental Operations (DDO), provides managerial leadership to ensure the implementation of the CHC Mission and Strategic initiatives, and ensures optimum employee satisfaction by building and maintaining a working environment of trust, open communication, and respect for each employee.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Four (4) years of directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of a specialized bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years supervisory and clinical experience in a practice management or healthcare setting is required.
Certification/Licensure:
  • Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA), Registered Dental. Hygienist (RDH), or commensurate experience in the dental profession.
Other requirements:
  • Must work flexible hours as required.
  • Travel to multiple locations as required.
  • Required to maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License.
  • Required to respond to after-hour alarm calls.
