Job Description
We are seeking an Architectural Drafter for a 6‑month contract‑to‑direct role in Tampa, FL. This position focuses on architectural interior renovations
, primarily for hospitality projects, with opportunities to work on office, medical, and church projects as well.
- Pay: $22‑$34/hr (DOE), estimated $45k‑$70k salary once direct
- Location:
Tampa/Clearwater/St. Pete area - Schedule:
Mon‑Fri, 8am‑5pm (core hours 9‑3) - Contract‑to‑direct hire with long‑term growth potential
- Draft architectural interior renovation drawings (hospitality focus)
- Collaborate with project teams across Tampa and New York offices
- Work primarily in AutoCAD, with opportunities to use Revit
- Proficient in AutoCAD (3+ years of experience)
- Strong drafting experience with interior renovations
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Revit experience a plus
