Senior Project Manger

A national Architecture and Planning firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architectural Project Manager to lead complex multifamily residential projects from concept through construction. This individual will play a key leadership role within the Tampa office, managing client relationships, guiding internal teams, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality projects. The ideal candidate brings deep multifamily expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

• Leads and oversees multifamily architectural projects across all phases, from schematic design through construction administration
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
• Provides strategic direction and leadership to project teams, including architects, designers, and consultants
• Manages project scope, schedules, and budgets while ensuring alignment with client goals and firm standards
• Reviews and approves design deliverables, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to design intent
• Ensures compliance with Florida building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting requirements
• Coordinates effectively with contractors, engineers, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Identifies and mitigates project risks, proactively resolving issues as they arise
• Contributes to business development efforts, including client presentations, proposals, and pursuit strategies
• Mentors and develops junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 12+ years of architectural experience, with a significant focus on multifamily residential projects
• Licensed Architect required
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex projects from design through construction
• Strong expertise in Florida building codes, construction methods, and permitting processes
• Advanced proficiency in Revit; experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools preferred
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
