Architectural Designer – Tampa, FL, US

You will be involved in all stages of design and construction and will assist project managers in producing documents and managing the projects.

• Produce high-impact architectural renderings using Autodesk Revit and Enscape and/or Lumion.
• Create compelling graphics, visual storytelling materials, and polished client presentations.
• Fluently navigate Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint in a collaborative, efficient, and fast-paced team environment.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with architecture, engineering or construction drawings.
• Effectively meet and accommodate deadlines on multiple projects.
• Document as-built conditions in existing structures.
• Work in a team environment.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Have proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel required.

• Minimum of 5+ years of technical and construction document production experience – retail experience preferred.
• Understanding of building codes, construction methods, building systems, and engineering systems.
• Working knowledge and practice skills of architectural product systems.
• Working knowledge of A&E work standards, processes, and policies.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, to manage deadlines and prioritize assignments.
• Understanding of the tasks associated with the preparation of construction documents.
