Interior Designer

Gage-Martin Interiors is an interior design firm specializing in luxury residential interiors throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Because we are a boutique design firm, collaboration is at the heart of our process. Our designers work closely together to develop innovative design concepts, refine presentations, solve construction challenges, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

You’ll play an integral role in creating exceptional interiors and building the long‑term client relationships that are the foundation of our firm’s success.

• Collaborate with Principal and Lead Designers to develop innovative design concepts and client presentations.
• Prepare client presentations, mood boards, and presentation materials.
• Lead and assist with client presentations that clearly communicate design intent and value.
• Produce detailed construction drawings, interior elevations, and AutoCAD documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors, artisans, and vendors.
• Attend client meetings, construction site visits, and installations.
• Maintain the firm’s high standards for design excellence and client service.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum three years of residential interior design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD – 3D / Sketch Up experience a plus.
• Experience producing construction documents and interior detailing.
• Experience in high‑end residential design and client interactions.
• Ability to assist with organizational and project management tasks.

• Have a strong understanding of residential construction and enjoy seeing projects through from concept to installation.
