Why This Role Matters:

As an Architect II, you'll help shape impactful spaces while leading design efforts on projects across diverse market sectors. You'll apply advanced technical expertise to develop creative, high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations, collaborating closely with project teams from concept through construction. Working alongside Project Managers and Principals, you'll guide project delivery, mentor team members, and help drive design excellence on projects of moderate size and complexity.

Based in our Tampa office, you'll join a collaborative, design-forward team that partners with clients to create spaces that strengthen communities across Florida. This role is primarily focused on healthcare projects, offering the opportunity to tackle complex, meaningful work that improves the patient, provider, and visitor experience. While healthcare design experience isn't required, a genuine interest in this sector and a desire to grow your expertise are essential.

What

You'll Do:
  • Lead architectural design and technical coordination for healthcare projects from planning through construction administration, ensuring quality, code compliance, and successful project delivery.
  • Partner with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative design solutions and produce coordinated construction documents and specifications.
  • Drive project success by managing priorities, mentoring team members, and supporting permitting, bidding, and construction activities.
What You Bring:
  • Professional degree in Architecture, 6+ years of relevant experience, and Registered Architect (RA) licensure.
  • Strong technical expertise in Revit, construction documentation, building codes, project delivery, and sustainable design principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with an interest in healthcare design and a passion for creating spaces that improve lives; LEED and/or WELL accreditation is a plus.
