Position SummaryWe are seeking a Landscape Architect with 3+ years of experience in site design, public spaces, and community-focused infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing design plans, supporting project delivery, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on streetscape, park, shoreline, and resilience-focused initiatives. This is a full-time, hybrid position offering the opportunity to contribute to projects that enhance communities while integrating sustainable and climate-resilient design solutions.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. We are seeking Florida-based professionals with local knowledge of permitting, regulatory coordination, and project delivery practices to support our clients and projects throughout the state
.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support the design and delivery of streetscapes, shorelines, parks, and other public space projects.
- Contribute to projects integrated with stormwater and watershed management initiatives.
- Conduct site analysis and support concept development.
- Prepare drawings using AutoCAD and other design tools.
- Assemble plan sets, details, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across engineering, planning, and environmental disciplines.
- Contribute to resilience planning, coastal adaptation, sea level rise policy, and other climate-related initiatives.
- Work closely with a team principal on project development and delivery.
- Participate in client-facing work and project coordination activities.
- Support public-sector and community-driven projects for local government clients.
- Degree in Landscape Architecture
- 3+ years of experience in site design and detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with GIS
- Urban design experience is a plus.
