Our client, a multidisciplinary design firm, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join their team in Tampa, FL or Atlanta, GA
. This individual will work closely with architects and designers to create compelling architectural visualizations that bring design concepts to life.
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings, video flythroughs, and 360° virtual tours for architectural and interior design projects.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project goals and translate concepts into engaging visual presentations.
- Develop and refine 3D models, materials, lighting, and environments for realistic architectural visualization.
- Create renderings and visual content using Sketch Up, Enscape, D5 Render, and Photoshop
. - Edit and produce video presentations and animations using Premiere Pro
. - Support presentation development and other visual communication needs throughout the design process.
- Stay current with emerging 3D visualization, rendering, and AI technologies to improve quality and workflow efficiency.
- Manage multiple visualization requests while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Professional experience in 3D design, architectural visualization, rendering, or a related field
. - Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural and/or interior renderings
. - Strong 3D modeling, rendering, lighting, and post-production capabilities.
- Proficiency in Sketch Up
. - Experience with Enscape and/or D5 Render
. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
; experience with Premiere Pro and InDesign preferred. - Strong understanding of architectural spaces, materials, scale, and composition.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, interior designers, and other creative professionals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate design concepts visually.
- Interest in learning and implementing new visualization and AI tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
