An established architectural and planning firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its Tampa team. The firm works across residential and commercial sectors and is awarded for it's innovative design, high-quality documentation, and thoughtful project solutions.
About the role:
- Manage architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.
- Oversee project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and coordination.
- Produce and coordinate construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal design teams.
- Manage permitting, respond to building department comments, and oversee drawing revisions.
- Support design development, presentations, and 3D visualization.
- Perform construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits.
- Maintain high standards of design, documentation, and client service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of professional architectural experience with project management responsibility.
- Experience with residential and commercial projects.
