Clinical Focus:
Onsite procedures (joint injections, trigger points), medication management, patient-centered rehab, and opioid reduction strategies. Workflow:
See 35 - 40 patients/day, 10-15 min appointments typically, across 2 - 4 sites per week (no more than 2 sites per day, 3-4 hours per site). Supported by scribes and EHR/voice dictation.

Schedule:

3 - 5 days/week, flexible blocks; no nights, weekends, or call. Compensation: $300K base + productivity; physicians historically earn $400K - $500K+. Sign-on/relocation bonus available. Benefits include PTO, CME, health coverage, 401K, and company-provided tech.
