Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care
- Perform cataract surgery and other indicated procedures
- Refractive, glaucoma, or cornea surgery based on training and interest
- Manage pre- and post-operative patient care
- Collaborate closely with optometrists and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Requirements:
- MD or DO with completion of an ophthalmology residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain
- Strong surgical and clinical expertise
- Excellent communication skills and patient-focused approach
